Borges Capital partners with a select group of experienced real estate operators who share our long-term, relationship-driven approach to private lending. We prioritize repeat borrowers with a demonstrated ability to execute, complete, and exit projects successfully across market cycles.
Our lending relationships are built over time not transaction by transaction. Many of the builders and investors we finance have worked with our principals for years, establishing trust through performance, transparency, and consistent execution.

Loan Characteristics
First-Position Only
All loans are secured by a first-position lien on the underlying real estate, ensuring priority in the capital stack and enhanced collateral protection. Loan terms, structures, and collateral requirements are evaluated on a deal-by-deal basis, with a preference for borrowers with proven track records and repeat relationships.
Residential & Select Commercial
We primarily lend on high-quality residential projects, including luxury construction and value-add opportunities, while selectively financing commercial assets that meet our underwriting standards.
Arizona-Focused
Our lending activities are concentrated within Arizona markets we know deeply, allowing for localized insight, disciplined valuations, and active oversight throughout the life of the loan.
